How to set LF2570-8  label formats in Word

1. Open Word

2. Go to MAILINGS in the top menu bar

   1. Choose LETTERS AND MAILINGS

   2. Choose ENVELOPES AND LABELS

3. Click on the LABEL tab and choose OPTIONS

4. In LABEL PRODUCTS, choose OTHER/CUSTOM and click on NEW LABEL

5. Enter details as per the image below. Make sure all figures are identical. If system is set to millimeter, convert figures.

6. When all details have been entered, click OK and the settings will be saved.

7. Click OK again

8. Click on NEW DOCUMENT and the grid will appear. Complete each field separately, or copy/paste if all fields are to be identical. Save document as normal.

9. When printing, make sure setting is A4 (File – Print – Properties – Paper Size)

10. To access again, repeat steps 1-4 and the label name will now appear on the list of labels to choose from.
