The information in this Web Site is supplied on condition that any person accessing or using the information will make his or her own determination as to the accuracy and usefulness of the information. You shall rely on the information contained in this Web Site at your own risk. Colours and descriptions provided are as a guide only and may not necessarily depict the actual colour of the item.
L.G. Business Systems Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to make any changes to the layout and information contained in this Web Site, including changes to its product range, ordering mechanisms and ordering terms.
Prices are as shown herein at the time of ordering goods, except in respect of implied warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
L.G. Business Systems Pty. Ltd. does not make any representation or warranty about the accuracy, suitability for any purpose, merchantability of, title to or usefulness of the information contained in the contents of this Web Site or the products it supplies.

Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, or loss of use) arising out of or relating to this Web Site or the information contained therein or the products it supplies whether such damages arise in contract, in tort, in equity, under statute, at law or otherwise.
Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions of Sale may change without notice.
Your approval means you are approving up to the amount in your order including the handling and delivery fee.
If for some reason we are unable to supply all of your order we will only charge you for what we supply to you.
We will let you know if there is any product missing.
You will then have the option of one of the following…
1: Supply and charge to you ASAP with a handling and delivery fee.
2: Cancel the order for unsupplied products
Please Note: Sales are final.
This means if you don't want it, please do not order it. If you need clarification of product description or colours to make your decision, do not hesitate to contact us. If the colour of your product has to be a specific colour to match your company colours or for any other purpose please request a sample as a re-supply may incur extra fees or charges. Every order we supply has a delivery fee associated with it. If we make an error and supply incorrect or damaged goods, we will, supply you with the correct or undamaged goods at no charge to you. Any re-supply will be via road freight or Australia Post. At no stage will L.G. Business Systems Pty. Ltd. be obliged to airfreight or express courier any product or goods whatsoever.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee. The freight/postage charges are to be paid by person/business returning goods unless otherwise approved. The pick-up fee is relative to the weight and size of the parcel to be returned. Any claims for credit request or return of incorrect goods must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products as no claims will be recognised after this period of time. All return of goods must first be approved by an authorised representative of L.G. Business Systems Pty. Ltd. All damaged product or product that does not work from "out of the box" will be replaced free of charge but you must notify us immediately. All other returns will be subject to a pick up fee and a restocking fee. (More details below)
Returns Are Simple!
NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED OR WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FIRST BEING APPROVED BY L.G. BUSINESS SYSTEMS PTY. LTD. NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL.
You will need to either email us or call us to obtain an R.A. (Return Authorization) form, and provide us with the full details of your original order:
You must include with the return, the original shipping documents that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/re-supply.
Our Returns Policy
Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your goods, you may return all of the products sent, for a refund (we will also refund the freight cost if the return is because of our mistake):
- Any product in its original condition with original packaging and accessories.
- We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from www.lgbusinesssystems.com.au.
- We cannot exchange items that are defective or damaged through no fault of L.G. Business Systems Pty. Ltd..
- We cannot accept items returned that are in an un-sellable condition, or that have missing labels or sheets.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
L.G. Business Systems Pty. Ltd. will exchange items only if they are defective or damaged in transit.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will also deduct the re-stocking and shipping costs (if applicable) from your refund.
Packing and Sending Your Return
All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You may use the outer pack that the items arrived in, or a suitable box, if you prefer, to return the goods to us.
L.G. Business Systems Pty. Ltd. will not sell or offer to a third party, any information provided by our customers. All personal and purchasing information supplied by you in the ordering process either over the telephone or internet will be kept secure.
