HOW TO SET INT/BC01 LABEL FORMATS IN WORD 2010
- Open a new Word document
- Select MAILINGS from the top menu bar
- Select Labels
- Select the LABEL tab and then the OPTIONS button
- Select NEW LABEL button
- Enter details as per the image below. Make sure all measurements are identical (but if Word measurement units are not centimeters enter the equivalent measurement – e.g. 1.1cm = 11mm)
- When all details have been entered, select OK button and settings will be saved
- Select OK button again
Saved label format can be used to create a new label document either by entering the text directly into labels or for use with mail merge.
