For use in dot matrix (tractor feed) printers, this pre-printed form will enable the user to print professional looking statements with their IAL/CBA/ARROW Software package.

The layout lines up with the parameters set by the stated software packages for their statement set up. 

This form is 1 ply, but vertically perforated into 3 sections - so the office can keep a record, but the main statement can be sent to the customer with also a remittance section so that the customer can send this back to the supplier.
