How to use this product:

Step by step instructions:

1. Print the information on each sheet
2. Put the sheets together and any extra writing such as signatures etc will also print on the additional copies
3. File copies separately as required

This product is pre-collated with 'CB WHITE' - which is for use as the Top Copy and 'CFB YELLOW' - which is for the use as the  Middle Copy and 'CF PINK' - which is for use as the Bottom Copy.. 

You cannot pair this paper with standard copy paper as the image is only created when the chemical coatings on the paper touch and form a reaction, which enables a persons signature or text to transfer through to other copies.

Each ream is clearly marked with the 'image side' so that you know exactly how to load it in your printer.  You need to ensure that you print on the image side of the carbonless paper.   

Depending on how your printer feeds the paper through the machine, you may need to rearrange the sheets into the correct order if they are reversed.  Or we have also have triplcate pre-collated sheets in reverse order to purchase.

The sheets are sheet-fed into your laser printer, the same as standard copy paper.  So for triplicate copies you will need to ask the printer to print 3 copies of the same form.  Once printed, you can staple, paper clip or file your sets in a ring binder ready for use.  For best results, use a ball point pen and write firmly applying pressure to the sheet.  If you store the sheets in a ring binder, ensure that you have a piece of hard cardboard between sets so that this stops any unwanted image transfer on other copies.
