For use in dot matrix (tractor feed) printers, this pre-printed form will enable the user to print professional looking statements with their Hartley Software package.

The layout lines up with the parameters set by Hartley software for their statement set up. 

This form is 2 ply, and has a horizontal perforation at the bottom of the form, so that the main bulk of the statement is at the top of the form and a detatchable remittance advice section is at the bottom.  The first copy can be sent to the customer and the second copy can be kept for office records.
