Pay Envelope Types in LG Business Systems

When it comes to safely distributing your staffs pay to ensure their details are protected, it is of essential importance that all the information is kept private and confidential between the employer and the employee. For that purpose, there are pay envelopes that are completely secure and can be printed in a laser or inkjet printer or photocopier where the payment details remain within the parameters of the security hatching area.

There are two types of pay envelopes:  A4 Laser Pay Envelopes and Continuous Pay Envelopes.

A4 Laser Pay Envelopes

A4 Laser Pay Envelopes

A4 laser pay envelopes can be printed in a standard laser or inkjet printer or photocopier and can be sealed by folding the form over and applying pressure to the self-adhesive around the edge, or by removing the peel-able outer label to expose the adhesive around the edge and then folding over the form on itself. These self-seal and peel and seal pay advice envelopes are compatible with a variety of accounting software packages such as MYOB, Attache, Quicken and Rockfast.

There are also Pressure Seal A4 laser pay envelopes and they can be used specifically in a PS8 or Ps-2500Pressure Seal Folding Machine. This type of pay envelope has a narrow band of pressure-sensitive adhesive around the edge of the form and when they are inserted into the pressure-seal folding machine they are easily and securely sealed and ready to be posted or distributed out to your employees.

Continuous Pay Envelopes

Continuous Pay Envelopes

Continuous pay envelopes are designed to be used in dot matrix printers and allow you to seal money within the pay envelope if necessary. There is also a secretive hatching on the front of the pay envelope so pay details cannot be seen through which makes the items and details inside very secure. Also, once the glue around the edge of the form is sealed, it becomes very obvious if someone tries to tamper with it.

The continuous pay envelopes are excellent to use when there are large data runs of pay information that need to be printed. This method of payment remains one of the most timely and cost effective to use in companies with hundreds of employees.

Another great thing about these forms is that they can provide several copies of the same form so that a copy can be kept in the administration office for record keeping, and the others to be given to the employee.
